In this section of the website I will occasionally post a series of images to show how a painting is constructed. These have proved popular on my Facebook page ('Russ Heselden Wildlife Art') so it seemed sensible to include them here! The current gallery follows the progress of a painting titled 'Five Snipe' from August 2018. It's an oil painting on board and measures 20" x 24".
